What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, request a viewing, or list a property through our forms, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, phone number, email address, and message. We do not require you to create an account or provide payment details anywhere on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings, or discuss a listing;
• Contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about the property or service you asked about;
• Keep a record of enquiries for our own business purposes.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who else sees it

Enquiry form submissions are processed using the following third-party services, solely to operate this site and get your message to us:

• Cloudflare: hosting, database, and file storage for this website;
• Formspree: delivers a copy of form submissions to our email as a notification;
• Cloudflare Turnstile: a spam-prevention check run when you submit a form.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic. It is cookie-free and does not track or fingerprint individual visitors.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain our business records, after which they may be deleted.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email us at contact@klpropertystudio.com.
