What I would look at: with this many listings, rents and terms are negotiable, so compare a few before you commit. The 917 sq ft and 978 sq ft layouts mostly ask RM 4,300 to RM 5,500, and the larger 3+1 layouts RM 6,000 to RM 7,500. Check whether the unit comes furnished and which phase it is in.
