This part of Kuala Lumpur sits between the city centre and the western suburbs, and covers Bangsar, Damansara Heights, Seputeh along Old Klang Road, the KL Sentral and Brickfields hub, and the newer Pantai and KL Eco City developments. It is a mixed bag, which is why the tenure and exact location of each project matter so much.
Bangsar and Damansara Heights are long-established, with a large share of freehold stock and steady demand from professionals and expatriates. Old Klang Road and Pantai tend to offer larger developments at lower entry prices, usually on leasehold land. KL Sentral is the transport hub of the country.
